1. 18+ only
AfterHours is an adult-content platform for verified users 18 or older. By using it you confirm your age and confirm that adult content is legal in your jurisdiction. Access by minors is strictly prohibited and treated as a security incident.
2. Creator eligibility & verification
To earn on AfterHours, creators must complete government-ID verification and 2257-compliant record-keeping (see the 2257 statement). No verification, no payout.
3. Content rules
Legal adult content is welcome. Illegal content — including any content depicting minors, non-consensual acts, or otherwise unlawful material — is prohibited, will be removed on discovery, and reported to the appropriate authorities. See content guidelines.
4. Payments
Sub tiers and one-off charges are billed via our high-risk payment processor. Creators receive 80% of gross revenue, AfterHours retains 18% for processing and platform costs, and 2% goes to a Trinidadian charity partner. Creator balances are paid weekly once verification is on file. Chargebacks are handled per the processor's dispute rules.
5. Intellectual property & consent
Creators keep ownership of their content and warrant that everyone depicted has consented and is 18+. You grant AfterHours a limited licence to host and display it to paying subscribers on the platform. See DMCA for takedowns.
6. Account termination
Serious rule violations lead to immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid earnings held for chargeback reserves. You can close your account any time via contact.
7. Governing law
Governed by the laws of Trinidad & Tobago. Disputes go to TT courts unless a specific arbitration clause is agreed in writing.
