1. What this is

The specific set of terms that governs your relationship with AfterHours as a Creator, in addition to the general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Content Guidelines, 2257 statement, and DMCA policy. Where anything conflicts, this agreement controls for creator-specific matters.

2. Revenue split

You keep 80% of gross revenue on every sub, tip, PPV unlock, and paid DM. AfterHours retains 18% for high-risk processing + platform costs. 2% is contributed to our nominated Trinidadian charity partner — the current partner and quarterly totals are published on the Payouts page.

3. Verification is a payout prerequisite

You cannot receive any payout, publish, or appear in another creator's content until you complete government-ID verification and 2257 record submission. No exceptions.

4. Payment schedule

Weekly payouts every Friday for confirmed revenue Monday–Sunday of the prior week. A 10% reserve is held for 21 days as a chargeback buffer, then released. Minimum payout TT$200 net; smaller balances roll forward.

5. Free vs paid content

You decide what's paywalled and what's free. Free preview posts are allowed and encouraged for marketing. Explicit content behind the paywall is fine; explicit content on public/free posts should be tastefully cropped or blurred so search-crawlers (if they ever bypass our noindex) don't index explicit material.

6. Content ownership & licence

You keep full ownership of every post you upload. You grant AfterHours a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, encode, cache, and display your content to your paying subscribers plus limited public previews, for as long as you keep them on the platform. We do not license your content to third parties.

7. Your warranties

• You are 18 or older, verified by government ID.
• Every person depicted in your content is 18 or older and has given verifiable, revocable consent.
• You own or have licence for every piece of content you post.
• You follow the Content Guidelines — legal adult content only, nothing on the "never allowed" list.

8. Termination

You can terminate any time via contact; unpaid earnings release on the next payout cycle after reserves clear. We can suspend or terminate immediately for guideline violations, illegal content, or fraud. Illegal content forfeits all unpaid earnings and triggers mandatory reporting to law enforcement.

9. External promotion

You may link out to Instagram, TikTok, X, or elsewhere. If you connect these accounts we display an embed on your creator page for social proof; that's display-only — we don't scrape or repost your outside content. You can disconnect any time.

10. Changes & governing law

Material changes require 30 days' email notice. Governed by the laws of Trinidad & Tobago; exclusive TT jurisdiction unless a specific arbitration clause is agreed in writing.
