All models, actors, and performers whose content appears on AfterHours were 18 years of age or older at the time the content was created. All content is exempt from 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or, where 2257 record-keeping requirements apply, all required records are on file with the Custodian of Records.

How records are collected

Before any creator is authorised to publish, they submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID plus a signed release. Records are stored in an encrypted, access-controlled vault and are made available for inspection to law-enforcement or authorised inspectors on written request.

If you believe any content on AfterHours depicts a person under 18 or is otherwise illegal, email info@sovdigitalgroup.com immediately. We remove and escalate within 24 hours.
