What we collect
Account email + phone, uploaded content, subscription state, and standard access logs. For creators & verified users: government-issued ID + selfie, held encrypted for 2257 compliance and released only to compliance and law-enforcement requests where legally required. Card details are handled by our high-risk processor — we never see them.
How we use it
To run your account, deliver private content to paying subscribers, process payouts, and prevent fraud + underage access. We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising trackers.
Search-engine indexing
AfterHours is noindex everywhere. Profiles, feeds, and content are never intentionally exposed to search engines.
Retention
Content and account data stay until you delete your account. On deletion we remove personal data within 30 days, except records we are required by law to keep (2257 records must be retained for the statutory period).
Your rights
