AfterHours respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Sending a takedown notice

Email info@sovdigitalgroup.com with:

1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
2. The URL(s) of the specific AfterHours content you want removed.
3. Your contact information (name, email, phone, address).
4. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised and that the information you provide is accurate.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Our response

Valid notices are acted on within 48 hours. We remove the content and notify the creator, who may submit a counter-notice. Repeat infringers have their accounts terminated.

Non-consensual content

If content depicts you and was posted without your consent, contact us at the address above with proof of identity. We treat these reports as emergency removals, actioned same day where possible.
